U18 (Colts) are the bridge between youth and adult rugby. The focus shifts to physical preparation, leadership, and the mental aspects of the game. The World Rugby LTPD model identifies this as the 'Train to Compete' phase — players are ready for high-intensity training and full adult rules.
Full 15-a-side adult rugby. Competitive league. Players may begin to train with the senior squad.
